I’m still in the hospital and have started feeling better today. What the major thing is a return of the hernia from Hell. Problem is, that the area is so big that patching it would be difficult and would not guarantee success.
This is a lot like one I had back a few years ago. Any cough, sneeze, or sudden move would cause immediate severe pain, like someone was ripping my guts out . I have been given an abdominal binder, which is like a elastic band that gets wrapped around the stomach and puts pressure on the hernia. It works very well and I have not been in pain since.
Talking to the doctor, she said that I might go home tomorrow. Danny will be very happy to see me.
