I've decided not to make separate galleries when I post the NSFW stuff, I mean, there's filters. It'll be all good.
I've had some very helpful but very painful surgery done so it's put me behind a bit, but I'll get back on track once I'm healed.
Still feeling confident, and I'd be happier if my post-surgery didn't hurt so much, but that too shall pass.

TLDR; really big tonsils obstructing sleep and pre-cancerous. Them gone now. Healing time much longer than I expected. If it's ever recommended to you to get them out when you're younger, just do that. This is big yikes.
