Like 10% for 15$ per month.
Assuming people don't commission you every month (and you have a queue so less likely to happen) you stay positive in revenue and it's a small bonus for patreons. (Needs a bit of math for the right discount for the right tiers)

Votes are a thing too, propose different themes you want to draw and let people choose between
For higher tiers they could propose ideas.

You can also make commissions patreon only if you're really flooded with orders, motivates a lot of people but you should be aware that most will subscribe for 1 month and then leave when they get the comm (Also be carefull when mixing with the discount). To avoid that you can do comm/discount after x month subscribed.

One of the models I like that a patreon does is for 20$ you get a small sketch every month like a doodle and for 40$ you get 1 token every month and can spend them on commissions like bust -> 1 token fullbody -> 3 tokens etc
Those tiers have a defined number of slots so you don't overwork yourself 10 peeps ? Dunno
(Adjust to your prices and make it still advantageous for patreons since those are long term and means stable revenue)
However this needs a bit of logistic ^^
