TL;DR

Horny is fine.

"I hope your OC gets murdered" isn't.





I'm used to the thirsty/horny comments, heck I appreciate 'em. They are the norm here.


But recently- like, within the last few weeks and months, I've had a few cases of people showing up in my comments and acting... odd. Like, repeatedly wishing harm, death or other bad things on my characters.


Don't do that.


I used to get this a lot with my Warhammer 40k gal, Elsy. I expect that shit from that fandom because the human faction there are a bunch of xenophobic lunatics who want to kill everything that isn't human with fire and dance on the ashes, so her being 'not-human', yeah, that happens.

But now it's progressed to Halo, and I'm getting Halo fans showing up in my comments acting all indignant about my OC's for the same reason. They're Covenant / ex-Covenant, and some of them are bad guys who do bad-guy things.

If that concept offends your delicate little sensibilities, kindly keep it to yourself.


You are not earning any favour by wishing death on my OC's or fantisizing about them getting their comeuppance violently for 'not being the good guys'.

Hey Halo fans, you know the human faction in that series is sus as fuck and actual FASCISTS, right? You look pretty silly when you simp for them and try and take some kinda moral high-ground. Your main protagonist is literally a brainwashed child soldier who was abducted from his family as part of a massive shadow-government black ops thing, fuck off if you wanna throw morality flak my way.

I wouldn't make this post if it was just one guy. It was MOSTLY one guy- who I was extremely patient with for no reason, and has since been blocked after like the 3rd or 4th time he did this. But I can't say he's the only one, there are others.

Going into the comments sections of my older art and replying to conversations between me and other people from 6+ years ago that you're not a part of just to add your little 'hot take' about how my OC should die is inherently creepy, and if you need me to tell you this, you need to be outside more. Lockdowns be damned, fucking go touch grass you wierdos.


I don't like blocking anyone. Feels like the nuclear option. But I've used it once for this reason and I will again if I gotta. I don't know why the Halo fanboys are crawling outta the woodwork now to be wierd like this (maybe it's the Halo Infinite hype, I dunno) but this is y'all's one and only warning.

Don't be wierd. Wierd is my gimmick, get your own.
