Hehe, gotta admit, you've really got good artsies. You've got quite a goal, but also the skills to keep up the good work.
Anyway, as for friends...

You can always ask us furs, we're a friendly bunch. Myself included as long as I'm not getting slapped around by a lovely computer error/virus that's been in an industrial-strength freezer for a day, taken out, and left in a computer for me to find (read:get slapped by). :P
Feel free to add me though if you want, I'm happy to listen to anything... Also I'll try and help out with problems if possible ^^

As for your interests to come out of the closet... Well, basically try and be calm about it. If your friends know you for whom you are, they're not going to be turned off by the fact that you're gay, unless they aren't exactly that keen on the idea.
Just make it sound casual. Think of it like replying to your parents asking you to do your chores, you just don't make it seem like a big deal, and make it sound/reply like it is no big deal, for example : "Can you get me a coke?" "Yes Mum", "Are you gay?" "Yes Mom"

^ Basically similar to that. If your friends and family do not get the expression that you're scared, while you're coming out, they won't have anything to be scared of. Not gonna say they may warm up completely to it, but they'll certainly see you as being pretty darn brave, at least. It's not always the best option to let them find out and confront you...

Ah so your still in high school too? me too but I'm a junior. that's a really nice goal, I'm thinking of coming out to my senior friends before they leave. not sure if I'm going to tell anyone other then that. maybe if they take it really well i might. tell me how it goes and good luck!
