Scathing post

Yig-ped!
So while I was away from home on my EFNW trip, I went to have a look at something on FA using my phone, only to be rudely greeted with a message telling me I was under a week-long suspension for a picture I'd posted that violated the rules. It was the one where Teleia's giving Casper the Friendly Ghost a handjob, and then she says to Sefo, "I just beat Casper off!" and Sefo says "Congratulations! I didn't even know you played chess." The message said the image violated the site's rules against porn featuring underage subjects, the mods had deleted the picture from my gallery, and given me an immediate one-week suspension.
Now, I hadn't checked FA in several days, and by the time I saw the message, there were only two days left on my suspension, so I don't know if they told me to remove it and then suspended me when I didn't take prompt action, but the message said nothing to that effect, so I doubt it.
Does the picture violate the site rules? Debatable. Casper does have neonate features that make him look childlike... but he's a ghost.
Were they right to give me a suspension for it? I don't think so. I posted the picture back in 2017. It seems awfully suspicious to come down so hard on me about it now.
And this wasn't the first time I had something deleted from my gallery; the previous time was my "Teleia Antifa" cartoon, posted in 2019, where Teleia is spooging all over a small group of Pr**d B*ys. I didn't get suspended for that, but it was deleted for depicting Nazi symbolism (there were no swastikas in the picture, but I did draw an Iron Cross tattoo on one of 'em, which smacks strongly of a mere excuse to get rid of it; it was getting negative comments from people complaining about bigotry or harassment against a group of people (in this case, fucking NEONAZIS)).
So now I need to decide whether to stick to my angry proclamation that I'd never post any more artwork on FA. But right now I'm tired from driving literally all day long on my way home from EFNW. What do you think, sirs?

FA+

I really don't understand why FA censored that picture, I mean, look at all the art involving Judy Hopps in "Zootopia," she is small, but she is 24! (Said this in the movie.)
Some of the social media companies have rather arbitrary rules, like Facebook and Twitter, so I try to avoid politics here, and I don't get nasty with people at FB or Twitter.
Just not worth it.
Casper sees the girl in his old bed, and he gets this mortified look, and says "There's a girl in my bed."
Then he grins and says, "Yes!" (He does a fist-pump)
Would FA censor a picture drawn of this scene?
I don't just mean that "I would feel your absence with regret," though that is true.
I mean that I would actually not see seeing stuff that you post.
I have never had any luck catching art tweets from artists I follow, and that was before I gave up on that morass of toxicity.
But not only would I not see your art: I would MISS your art, and your commentary.
Yes, FA occasionally makes questionable administration decisions -- but Twitter makes far worse ones, far more regularly.
The Prowd Boyz pic, though, that's definitely bullshit. Usually when a site bans nazi imagery, it's when it glorifies nazis, and you clearly didn't do that.

These sorts of decisions are infuriatingly arbitrary. For example, no Pepe le Pew in Space Jam 2 because he 'assaults women' but instead it has a cameo appearance from the street gang in A Clockwork Orange -- the same street gang which spends the entire first 20 minutes of the movie beating, mugging, robbing and raping people!
But, I digress...
I hope you'll stay here.
It's still kinda sucks that Pepe was cut out though- if it were up to me I'd just retool his personality a bit, maybe make him similar to a French Johnny Bravo. Or just make him fart a lot. Farts are universally hilarious!
1: The character looks underage when the picture is viewed on its own.
2: Submitter posted descriptions/stories/etc. describe the character as underage.
3: The character is established in mass media as underage and is not clearly drawn as being older than in the source material, (this runs into a problem when the canon way a character ages does not result in a significant visual change).
(The second picture was almost certainly a victim of having to withdraw the 'negative depiction' exemption because it was being used as a loophole.)
Suspending a user for a week because of something posted years ago accomplishes nothing but pissing the user off. Suspension should be reserved for recent rule violations, not stuff that happened years ago, possibly even before the rule existed.
Take your medicine and next time if you're going to play the Offensive Posting Game, don't be surprised when you win. If you consider being treated like a subhuman jerk winning that is.
Now if the Mod did something shady to ensure you'd get banned, that's one thing -- bust his ass and I hope you manage it. If you broke the posting rules, suck it up buttercup.
And yeah, that other case is even more lame.
