Fourth poem; i must admit, not my best work.
Mistrust
You say to me that I am not alone.
You say I am able to trust you.
You say that no matter what you will
Not leave me alone.
You’ve changed me
Now there is only mistrust.
You said that I was not alone
Then you stripped me of everything.
In this life there is no more
Trust to be given from me
In my life, you are the one
Who lied to me and threw me away.
There is only mistrust now
I can’t see the truth in anything it seems.
I have not been able to see anything
Laying in the dark.
Wondering what I have done.
What I will do.
Why is it that losing trust
Is the most unbearable pain?
