A female sugar glider, Sophie is dating a rather uncouth young man that has never quite seen her as his equal. The kind of guy that insists she have dinner ready the moment he comes home, he insists she wear cute dresses and often slaps her on the ass when she does a good job.

Sophie moved in with him to try to save some money, but he forced her to quit her job and cancel her cell phone. Instructing her to leave the home phone line open and quit talking to most of those ninny girls she used to spend time with, he expected his word to be obeyed.

Sophie insisted he allow her to have a friend, so after a hard smack across the face, he told her he'd get her a dog to shut her up, but she'd best take care of it and keep it off his favorite chair.

Note: Don't feel bad for her, it evens out later. :) She'll be okay. :)
