Okay, so after much deliberation and discussion by note system, Marissa has decided she will be holding her action until later in the combat stack. So it is Sir Albus' turn and he provided the following response via the note system:
Sir Albus almost started to break a sweat from what would be described by normal people as 'over whelming odds'. However seeing an unwelcome guest fly onto his back assured him that his allies were near by. He had to take a glance back over his shoulder to see young Whault applying his healing hands. A little smirk crossed his face as he gave an nod of thanks before focusing again on the combat in front of him.
In a split second he chose a target, the fighter on the floor was the obvious option but that would be dishonorable. Next was the captain, beating him would break moral. But last was the cheater, using fancy magic? Dishonorable... With a stern face he took his mace and lifted it up for a powerful overhead strike.
Sir Albus swings his mighty morning star, Wit's End, at the shocking bat, determined to put an end to the "cheater".
1d20+5=10 vs AC 11 = dodged, barely!
The heavy spiked head of Wit's End fairly whistles through the air as Sir Albus brings it down in an arc towards the Bat. The sorcerer's eyes widen in fear, making his reactions sharper as he leans back in some sort of kung-fu matrix move, the top-most spike of Wit's End almost brushing his nose as it flashes by!
Mekie, there's a crowd of enemies menacing a group of your friends behind you. The Bear-barian prone on the deck in front of you scrambles to her feet(sorry, forgot her action during the pirate's turn previously!), glaring hate-daggers at you still. Behind her, you catch a glimpse of Marissa peeking around the corner, perhaps looking for an opportunity to act?
Mekie, you're up unless Marissa wants to step in and act first

Ok just checking to see if I can do this based off the positions on the map a few posts back. I'd like to move up to the right and down to put myself right next to the captain flanking him with the others. And in my movement to get their I want to drop one of my whips as a free action and draw my rapier as part of my move. That way I can stick the captain from behind and deal sneak attack this this round without provoking any attacks of opportunity. Not to mention if the bad guy sorcerer cast any spells he's goin to trigger an attack of opportunity from me. Does all that work? If it does that's what I want to do but I have cool things to say while I do it XD
Pretty sure you can do that, although it requires that you move north one square to move around their rogue without coming within AoO range so you can move southeast between the Rogue, the Captain and the Sorcerer.
Keep in mind, this puts YOU in a flanked position(Rogue, Captain AND Sorcerer), and their bear-barian is still alive, if unarmed for the moment. Considering the hate-on she has for you, she's probably going to box you in first chance she gets...

Ack! Sorry, I gave you some incorrect information previously. You can take a movement action and an attack in the same round, but drawing your weapon counts as a movement action, as does picking up an axe at your feet. You can trade your attack for an additional movement action, but then you can't attack. So if you want to flank the captain and attack this turn, you have to use the weapons you have in hand.
You COULD grab her axe and run off with it, but not attack the captain with it. You could attack her with her own axe if you like. Keep in mind, this is a heavy, two-handed weapon that you are not proficient with.

Mekie giggles as she drops one of her whips and scoops up the barbarian woman's big ax "I'll take that thank you. You could put someone's eye out with this thing."
Mekie then steps back 5 feet closer to the enemy rogue and lashes out with her whip in her right hand attempting to disarm him of his weapon as well. "Hahaha I'm stealing all your stuff. Ohh ohh DIBS on their leaders sweet pirate hat and the cool boat they used to get here." I proclaim loudly if only to distract the leader.
