Im pretty sure you cant actually do that. he has posed no danger or threat to anyone, and whilst he may hate Gem he is very caring and loving to the other two so I dont think a court order would actually stand up to that. They're his children so he has just as much right to them as the mother does

But I'm being foolish and reading into something that has already been decided on.

That's actually crazy my parents thought about the Sam thing because they didn't have enough to take care of me when I was young sadly after awhile the older I got the more I got threatened and abused after pretty much I attacked back then I got the cops called on me after that it's been hell from there I'm glad I am just glad that was off my record when I turned 18 my parents I still cant deal with today
