Lots of practice! Last year of school, I picked up Toonboom, which has let me clock a lot more frames animating.
Like Kimon Nicolaides (the teacher whose syllabus is the basis for most good drawing courses) said, "The sooner you make your first five thousand mistakes, the sooner you will be able to correct them."

I really like this. Whenever I do animations I have a really hard time keeping them all looking the same from frame to frame when I'm doing.. er.. frame-by-frame.. *blinks* But then again, I have a hard time doing that in comic panels too.. is there a trick to it? I haven't exactly gone to school for it, we spent a week in my high school computer art class on animating in flash and the teacher had NO idea what was what.. She spent the first day teaching us how to make (with tweening) a ball bounce, and she didn't even understand the "ease" tool so the thing she made just looked like a circle zigzagging across the screen, with a "thud" sound effect. I taught her more about photoshop than she ever taught me.. but anyway.. yeah, is there a trick to it, or is it just a skill you have to develop?..
Also, I really really like how you have TWO people singing the harmony, whereas in some animations they have one person singing it.. it always seemed lazy to me to do it that way.. Ooooh, you have such TALENT. I'm jealous. ;_;

All you need.
Though if you wanna spend $1000 more, http://www.theanimatorssurvivalkit.com/ (Or just watch the videos on the website)
From the way you've described it - are you doing the frames sequentially? It's a good idea to start with the keyframes/extremes - those are the drawings that outline the extents of the story/action. Place them in time, then you can fill in all the middle drawings (those are best on straight-ahead runs once you can see where you're going - makes stuff flow better.)

Oh man. I have a birthday in two months. I'm totally bothering my family to get that for me, in addition to the new tablet pen I asked for.. ( dog ate the old one >.> )
Huh.. I did some of my animations in sequence, but a few days ago I made an icon for myself that had frames done like you're saying. <.< Huh. I guess I should keep doing that..
*watches the other flashes, AND the one on youtube* W-o-o-o-w. I can't wait to see it when it's done.. *stares a little* ... <3

And yah, it's supposed to be multiple voices, so why not? :D

Sure! You create two breakdowns for a pair of keys, in two alternate positions, then animate half the needed number of frames through each, then interleave the two animations. The result is a shaking or stagger animation. They used it all the time in the old looney tunes animations, when a character would eat earthquake pills, or get hit in the head and 'ring' like a gong.
It's my favorite too. XD
Coz they're so fruity and gamey in this one-
My all time favorite key is the one you might spot several times in the concept drawings for this shot - "The Passion of the Citra" - on the line "Jesus loves her" when Lime falls back like he's crucified, and Lemon catches him and sets him back on his feet. :D
