Hiddson: Hello and welcome to another edition of Bandits Breakdown, your post game coverage for all things Las Vegas Bandits. Along with Terrence Thursday, I'm Brett Hiddson. Terry, the Bandits coming off a huge win last week against the North Florida Renegades look to continue the momentum against the Montreal Royal.
Thursday: The Royal, recently moving from Edmonton to Montreal, looking to make the playoffs as well but clinging to the last spot at the moment, Bandits looking to spoil their chances all the while trying to make a playoff push themselves. They need a lot of help, but the Bandits see the chance after winning against North Florida. This should be a good game, Brett.

Hiddson: Its the Bandits hosting the Royal in their sole meeting this season. Bandits open up the scoring with a field goal but here come the Royal...
KLVB Radio: 1st and 10 from the Bandits 24 yard line... waning seconds of the first quarter Appleby takes the snap. Pump fakes.. pocket breaking down... steps up and throws... and Shields comes down with it. Touchdown. Nice Catch by Kirklin Shields as the Bandits now find themselves behind to end the quarter...
Hiddson: Tough play as Reynolds was there to challenge it Terry.
Thursday: Yeah, Brett. Reynolds had the position normally could get the deflection but a great pass can beat out a good defender as Shields gets the catch and its 6 points.
Hiddson: Second quarter now and the Bandits would get back and get a score of their own.
KLVB Radio: 3rd and 1 from the Royal 29 yard line... Bandits need the first down or else take another three points. Stapler takes the snap, play fakes Vernon... Finds Vernon... makes the catch and a beautiful move to juke the defender and slide his way into the end zone! Touchdown Bandits! Stephen Harris juking out Hunt, from the 5 yard line and no one else to help in time. And its 10-7 for the desert desperadoes!
Hiddson: And that would be the score to end the half as the Royal try but miss a 56 yard field goal before half's end to keep momentum in Bandits favor. Third quarter would see a bit of offense as both teams notch a field goal before the Bandits would find another way to open up the scoring...
KLVB Radio: 3rd and goal now... Bandits last chance otherwise a big stop for the Royal... Stapler takes the snap, tosses a jump ball for R.V.A... And Caught! Touchdown Bandits! *crowd cheers wildly*... Roy Viridi-Aqua looking more and more back to form as the season progresses along for his sixth catch hitting paydirt!
Hiddson: 20-10 and a two score game with a quarter left to go and the Bandits and Royal now showing their prowess on the defensive side...
KLVB Radio: Stapler drops back to pass... surveys the field looking and... sacked!... Orville McDunough again! Orville's 9th tackle in and 2nd against Stapler tonight. A good game for him.
Hiddson: That would help force the Bandits to a field goal but the Bandits defense saw that as a challenge...
KLVB Radio: First play of the drive for the Royal as they look to climb their way back in the fourth quarter.. Appleby barking his count.. takes the snap and drops back to pass looks surveys the field and looking for Apple... and INTERCEPTED! Dudley Doleman picking off Appleby and a short field to go.. TOUCHDOWN BANDITS! 16 yard pick six for Dudley Doleman and the Bandits pulling away at the right time!
Hiddson: No better way to help out on defense than to score yourself. The first touchdown scored by the Bandits defender first since the days of Coby Carson last season.
Thursday: A beautiful play by Doleman as well. Seeing Appleby's eyes squared on Apple and had enough time to jump the route and with that speed built up from jumping the route for the pick he just dashed his way to the end zone for the score.
Hiddson: And that would be the score to seal the win as a field goal from the Royal wasn't enough... and the Bandits win 30-13.
Thursday: Big win for the Bandits as they find themselves in a small position but a position none the less to find themselves back in the playoffs, but they still need a lot of help to catch up an pass up Chicago or even North Florida to continue playing by season's end.
Hiddson: Will the Bandits find a way to make it? Find out next week when the Las Vegas Bandits go to the road to take on the Downriver Waves.
