I just kind of shrug at the statement. I could very easily leave her behind. She would have no means of tracking me and doesn’t know where I’m heading. But if she was trying to follow me there’d be that little inkling in the back of my mind worrying about if something happened to her and that could be enough of a distraction to cause me to fail at my task. And it would be much safer with a second person, though since she doesn’t have quick attack we wouldn’t be able to hit all four targets I know about.

“Well then, help me get my harness on.” I say, knowing that there would be some potions and whatnot inside for between areas.

Maria doesn’t give any response but immediately goes about the normal task of putting on her coat and my harness as if the conversation had not happened. The only difference is that she had her own bag as well.

“You should put some potions in there as well,” I comment.

She nods and heads to His bag to grab some, passing Rigel on her way back.

“Well, we’re heading out,” she says, waving at him.

“Have fun storming the castle,” they grin and wave a paw back.
