Maybe it's Tammisman! I mean, probably the twins instead, but Ran did directly ask her about what she thought of the members of this group.
So basically... Ran Ships It?... I'll roll with that. xD
As for Kal and the yings? I hope they will get along... eventually... At first sight however... Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa BIG SCARY BUG WURM IS JUST OUTSIDE ZEE ENCLAVE HUT.... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!

It's explained in a previous page : https://www.furaffinity.net/view/60288450
It's pronounced "Kalgkur".

I do not think these are Rand's notes this time. The title suggests it is a note written for Rand, not by Rand. Likely some other Officer's notes (possibly from the medical department, or mental health) who has observed the group and also been working with the group off screen. Rand is likely not the only researcher or scientist like individual around. Just the head researcher. Could be someone from their version of HR, maybe? I would imagine there is plenty of paperwork going on in house Ivenmoth, including paperwork on this experimental squad.
Well, Lopin didn't seem to have any fear of Kalgkur, even initially. I'd venture to guess that many yinglets have had enough exposure to baxxids that they have learned not to fear them.
I suppose the yinglets that don't leave the enclave as much might have to adjust a bit, though.

Perhaps this is an attempt by the author to make a summary of the characters so that it would be easier for him to write. Or maybe he already has a detailed resume and decided to show us part of it. Perhaps for new readers who might accidentally stumble upon the comic.
There is also a possibility that this is an attempt to show the possible attitude and knowledge of other Ivenmoth employees towards this group, but this is not certain.
In the comments on another site, some tried to figure out the meaning of the colors of the lines on this "relationship map".
I think the red ones represent the official employees of Hours Ivenmoth, the blue ones represent the unofficial employees of Hours Ivenmoth, and the green ones represent direct connections with the main research object, or simply connections with Kassen.
On another site, they also tried to find out why Lopin's eye light was marked as a separate item. If you look through the old pages, it was noted that yinglets have different colors of the iris and proteins. Lopin's eye color is seen only occasionally.

Ran's concern about Yannit is entirely valid, especially seeing as it's based on past experiences, both personal and anecdotal? But he absolutely needs to treat Yannit more as a person, as opposed to a hive member, and talk to them. Some of his concerns may well be addressed, and a plan of action revealed, if he were to ask Yannit how they feel about Kass and the others.
It may be possible that the increase in cogitation, an event that does NOT normally happen in an Indrel hive, can ease, or possibly even supplant pheromone input.

"personal and(/or) anecdotal"
I do remember the Seamstresses being a little worried, citing "like the [indrel] who..." in Page 201, so I imagine that one ended up in The Teeth before.

The funniest thing about this chart is that it feels like its implying Ran thinks that Elim is going to extremely likely get stabbed through the stomach again seeing as he made a urgent note about immediately giving him armor. Which actually makes it even funnier to me cause that feels like this shows us the bizarre reality that Elim exists in where he is just going to keep getting stabbed over and over again in the stomach like clockwork for the rest of his life. Like Elim and Elim alone exists in some hilarious dark comedy cartoon that he occupies to be endlessly tortured.
Hi there, OOPsaloids! I'm here to remind you once again that there's a place called "Top Web Comics" https://www.topwebcomics.com/?home=3 that compiles comics from various places. There's a bunch of cool stuff there. They have monthly votes, so you can support OOPs there. You can vote once a day per device, so your PC, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.
I've noticed that you can sometimes even get in extra votes from different IP addresses, or if you're disconnected from your IP and open up again later.
It closed out last month at around 12996+ votes and 80th place. It's currently at 1166 votes and 28th place. The highest it's reached is 36th place, and the top vote getters seem to end up with something close to 60,000 votes, at least recently.
Vote early, vote often! Help OOPs get noticed!

I'll repeat my comment on this from last time:
"The numbers at TWC have gotten very strange recently. Hundreds of votes have been showing up suddenly every day, and the rankings throughout a day have been going radically up and down. I recently noticed that this is just confined to the comics in the top 100.
This is making the numbers and rankings pretty meaningless, and is really unfair to any comic not in the top 100. It also makes it a complete crapshoot where the comics end up at the end of the month. I haven't been able to find out what's going on with this."
