"Roly-Polympics 2012: Windsurfing"

Back in 2004, when I was watching the Summer Olympics (in Athens, Greece) on TV, at 3 AM in the morning, one of the taped highlights they'd showed was Gal Fridman becoming the first Gold Medalist for his country, Israel (since joining the games in 1952). So, what event did Gal win his Gold Medal in? Track and field? No. Gymnastics? No. Believe it or not, he won his medal in one of the most unlikely of sporting events: 'windsurfing'!
Since 1984, 'windsurfing' (or 'sailboarding') had been an Olympic event; and why I hadn't included it as an event in my "Roly-Polympics" series remains a mystery... until now.
A bold, burly bunny rabbit (representing Ireland) takes the challenge by going across the water on his makeshift craft (a sail attached to a surfboard), while letting the wind propel him across the surface, and he attempts to balance his bulky body on the board without falling in. Everyone roots for him not to 'wipe out'... well, almost everyone - as a hungry shark follows the extra-large lapine, every inch along the way!
