I just got my recording rig setup and I made a deal with myself: I have to record at least one original for every cover I upload.
This isn't to pressure myself to write, I have a ton of songs that I have only ever had cell phone demos or less and they all need attention. So, my hope is to end up with a few more albums worth of material and also to make sure that these songs can actually be some kind of legacy, for whatever that might be worth.
I am also planning on revisiting some of the very very early stuff I did when I was still using a radio shack microphone and using a old tascam 4 track tape recorder as a preamp for it going straight into my Mac :I I like some of those songs and I really don’t want those to be the only recordings that exists.

If you all have something in particular from my old catalog or scraps that you would like to see me re-explore, let me know. I'll definitely be interested in suggestions.
