Seven Years, huh?

Having read my last journal from around seven years ago I think it's only fair to provide a bullet point list of things that have happened since that last journal, and after a summary of my plans having come back.
•Shortly after that previous journal entry I got the position I wanted
•My then GF, now Ex, moved in with me, my friend and his now wife.
•For a time another friend moved in to help us all with rent and to work with the homeowning friend at our job.
•Eventually additional friend left job, moved out, and moved states for a time. Moved back after a year or so, and returned to my job for a bit.
•Time passes and eventually I propose to my then GF, but relationship sours. She gave an ultimatum: Her or my friends. Chose my friends.
•More time after that I move out of friend's place and back in with my grandma to help care for her.
•After some time of being back with grandma finally feel settled in again, and still working the same job making decent money.
•Things proceed fairly normally for the next few years. Just the typical rise and fall of mental wellbeing dealing with life.
•Fast forward to last year or so: Step-dad assaults my mom, they seperate, the aunt and uncle I grew close to again separate and divorce. I get my step-dad's truck, and my aunt's house in all of the mess going on.
•Dust settles and I meet and begin dating possibly the best person, and they move in with me and we have lived together for the last few months.
Gross summarization of the last seven years, but that's all I care to share publicly. But as for what I'm doing back? I have been watching some videos about the furry Fandom for the last few days, and I recalled this account. I remembered how much I enjoyed making art and want to do that again.
On top of that I'd like to make new friends here if at all possible.
