RTF User Friendly peoples; Rejoice!

Okay, I just went through the RTF format of the Core Rules Book, and TRIED to get a working table of contents in there. Now, I havfe no idea whether it will work or not. It does on mine, but I was also viewing it through a combination/hybrid of both Microsoft Word and Wordpad.
I guess you guys will just have to tell me, won't you?

Does Microsoft Word allow you to save a document as a .PDF file? If so, try it. People tend to think of .PDF as being a format for a mixture of images and text, and indeed it works well for this. But even for pure text, .PDF has a big advantage: a search window! Type in any word or phrase, such as sword or armor or gender neutrality, and an index extends from the right hand side of the document with the page number of every occurrance of the search term, and each segmant of text containing it is displayed. Click on one of these search result lines, and that page is immediately displayed, with the term shaded to make it easy to find. This would be ideal for your highly detailed RPG.
