Long time ago i used to lead an RP community before. Or at least i was one of the administrators.. One of the naruto ones. Let me tell you, it's a bitch, so i understand. What you just need to do is be creative, shut the trouble makers up, and come up with new plots each time when there is none.. At least thats what i did.
