Remaking a game server. Need help and mods

So a while back someone whos really cool, gave me a work station PC work station that I've been using as a zomboid server mostly or what ever game I wanted to host.
Im not great at server stuff and debating if I wanna run the server as a Vanilla Zomboid server or a DCS server.
Would anyone be interested in helping me set up this server and any game suggestions?
