There are a few that definitely live forever rent-free in my brain from seeing them as a kid. However, once I started getting the ability to see scenes online, I very much fell in love with the tickle scenes of Skalrag from Martin the Warrior:

They're both very evil scenes of tickle torture, and I'll admit to having a love of the scenario of somebody trying to hang onto something while being tickled.

That's also why I've always adored the tickle scene from Heckle & Jeckle. It's the same idea, but nobody actually gets hurt. Plus... goodness I love the tickletalk they do :P
