Dunno about tickler, but as ticklee I'd love to see more of Wave and Vanilla.

I'll never get tired of seeing Big being tickled, so he's definitely a favorite lee ;) As for a favorite tickler... I'm gonna have to go with Geoffrey St. John from the Archie comics. I know he's not a game character, but that accent and smooth confidence makes him a very alluring tickler, in my book.

Tails deserves more time as ler ;)

Tails is always my favorite victim. Tickler; either Rouge or Vanilla. But if we can add old Archie characters: One of the Gossamer ninja clan. One feather in each of their 6 hands. And using their webs to bind their target.
