Charmander, Pikachu, Raichu, Eevee and the Eeveelutions, Totodile, Cyndaquil, Treecko's whole family, Chimchar's whole family...oh, dare I go on? No, I think those are good enough.

It may be a basic answer, but I was always a bit partial to picturing Machoke as a ticklee. He's one of the few Pokemon with actually defined toes, after all!
I would also highly suggest Dragonite. That Pokemon always looks cute and ticklish with those wide feet and huge tummy ;)

Audino. Cute and chubby and makes for a fun EXP farming experience.

Lucario! It’s always fun to see a tough and cool character broken down into laughter from some tickles

Incineroar, Zeraora, Urshifu, Okidogi, Tyrantrum, Tyranitar, Aggron. They may be tough guys but the soles of their feet tell another story XD

Definitely Chimchar, although he doesn't have much tickle pics.
But he gets tickled in the Pokemon manga a few times.

Now I'm obviously kinda partial to these guys, but really any one of them with long feet, good surface area to get area to get at :P

So that's gonna be Pokémon like Meowth, Treecko, Riolu, Scorbunny, and I've seen interpretations of Lucario, Eeveelutions, and even Litten with long paws. Dewott also tends to work pretty well.

The male Pokemon I see most often is Lucario.
Most frequent legendary is Lugia (and this is my answer)
Lately I've been seeing more Mewtwo.
