Another year passes.

Yep. Another year around the world passes for this wolf. This time for the 44th time. I’m doing as well as I can. Will be moving out of California in less than 3 months from now to Boise Idaho. Bigger home, bigger rooms, closer to family. The main challenge will be finding a job depending on the state laws. Definitely will be different weather but nothing I can’t adjust to. Looking forward to my potential first white Christmas.
That’s all for now.

It definitely is, especially weather wise, absolutely the prices are killer and a key factor in our decision to move. The current rent where we live is $2,000 a month which in comparison to other units in our complex is very cheap. Odds are our landlord would’ve raised our rent this year with the renewing of the lease, which is understandable with prices going higher. Luckily my cousin owns the house we’re moving into and said $2,000 a month is the amount he’ll charge us and promised not to raise it. So same price for a much bigger place, great deal in my opinion. I have visited the place and I can personally confirm everything I’ve put in the journal about the place regards to size and it’s in comparison to my current place which is a two story townhouse. So from a two story townhouse to a much bigger two story house.
That sounds so freaking epic! I'm happy your cousin agreed to that arrangement and am sure he will be a good landlord.
-hugs- Hope your bday went well and the move goes well and smooth!~
-hugs in return- it was definitely a good day. Had a nice burrito for lunch and a slice of cake later after my stomach settled. We’ve got all the major hurdles taken care of. Truck rented, at least a couple people to help with the moving. Just gotta make sure we have enough money for gas, meals and snacks during the trip there. Everything else is mostly figured out money wise. Mom made all the calculations earlier in the year and reserved the truck, so major hurdle taken care of. One big question will be what will gas prices be when we do the move in July. Hopefully lower than they currently are but that varies from city to city.
It's good that you have what you need to survive financially. Let us know what your favorite dishes are at the restaraunts! :)
Definitely. Been saving as much money as I can for this move. I definitely will.
