If you want confirmation that the uploads would be okay before uploading them, you can send in a trouble ticket, and select the "General > Question about site policy" category.

If you include a link to the pieces (maybe not ALL of them, but a choice few to give a sample, because staff is pretty busy NGL. ^^;;; ), you can usually get a confirmation in a reasonable amount of time.

Hey! Your previous suspension is essentially wiped clean due to it being before the current UP 2.7 rewrite, as staff felt a lot of harm was done by the previous rules, so those records are no longer held against people. On top of that...future violations will begin with a level 1 strike (warning) like all other rules rather than a level 4 suspension (final warning). That's another thing that's changed, and it makes it very hard to be banned if you're not constantly breaking rules on purpose like some folks unfortunately are.
