uugh. Auuugh. AOOOOGHHH.

ive been trying to pay a artist the last few days through boosty but it seems like they dont accept canadian or american visa cards? or american/canadian payments in general. i was told this is most likely due to current events but, honestly i dont know. maybe i knew a couple weeks ago, but my mind is hazy. who knows why my cards being declined, im able to pay on other platforms just fine.

ive tried manually calling my bank to allow the transaction, ive tried my friends bank cards (i let them borrow my money of course) & im about to try pre-paid visa giftcards.. i dont know if i want to even risk getting a $50 giftcard just for it not to work, though!
ive also had a lot of struggle figuring out my payment methods. for now im setting up a new ko-fi (my old ones from 7+ years ago) but im still probably going to have to set up lavatop & hipolink in case. i tried asking a while back for suggestions of alternative payment methods that are safe for clients & sellers both, but never got a answer so i'm kind of floundering.

i wish it was easier to figure out this shit.
