Well last weekend I oddly decided to weigh myself. It's been like 4 or 5 years since I last bothered and was curious. Anyway... Turns out I was 11.9 stone(75.5684888 kilos, 166.6 pounds). Which surprised me as I thought I was a great deal more...
I still intend to remove that slight belly and make my arms match my legs. Hehe I want to get rid of at least 2 stone and the belly. So.... Any advice on a proper work out? :3
On another note a friend has decided that I need a chew toy... She caught me gnawing on my phone again and again. It's sorta become a habit. She bought me the phone a while back so it irked her that I was nomming it so furiously.

I wanna lose my belly too ;>.> I was probably gonna start doing crunches and stuff, but not entirely sure as I don't know if my back would be ok with it ^^;

hehe,I have been planned to start using dumbbells and do crunches...but I´m also not so sure what else i would do to get tighter body
