Mad times indeed.

The cybergoth-fox lifts up his left arm and begins typing on his holo-keyboard...
I started this year with much joy and plans.
Returning to learning an new musical instrument, plans on a youtube channel, more road trips to find retro gaming goodies. Looking for better work.
Then the virus struck, hard. Being badly asthmatic I went into isolation, my partner with me in the lockdown. This has been pleasent I'll admit. But as the months go by, more and more plans tossed aside while trapped in my home. My lil room. My 8 other housemates are threats to my health. One is fine, a gamer brony of all things. He stays in his room anyway and we share a better internet than the rest of the house. The rest are not so safe. Three activly ignore the lockdown and go shopping and out whenever they feel like it. One was furloughed and paid to stay home but because he was bored managed to wrangle his work to bring him back on loads of overtime. Others are unknown and rarely seen.
Suffice to say the past few months have been scary. Sure work finally gave me my work from home system, but that just means I am back to normal wages.
I'll still be happily helping with Furcation. My main lil con/#notacon I go to. And been glad to have been of use there since the start. If we go ahead I'll be there, if not then dont worry we'll be back.
It hasn't all been doom and gloom. Shall be building piece by piece a new showpiece pc this year, Will get that retro gaming channel set up shortly after. Once the lockdown is over I have lots of film to use up in my old school film camera. Photographers got needs damn it! I hadn't got my desired macro lens to stay happy indoors. XD
Art commissions have been put on the wayside. (sorry peeps.) But I have plans for those for later.
All in all... I am safe at home, working, I have enough movies and anime to keep me going, and my partner here with me to save them going mad with worry over me so I got company.
Stay safe you lot. Dont worry, I know the UK is going to heck. Number one in europe for corona related deaths... yay... go us. v.v

Was probably the right call. I think I got it. My last shopping trip people kept moving too close to me. I was wearing a mask, but yeah. It's not too serious and I'm not 100% sure, but the symptoms I have match, which is shit.
Practically every festival of the year has been cancelled for me. And so far, almost all gigs too I'm enjoying the home and rest time without the constant outing, but, yeah.
