Took them entirely too long to make another Legends.

Apparently Inafune's been wanting to do this for years but CAPCOM didn't think it was popular enough.

I know. I've seen interviews with him. He says Legends is his favorite and that a Legends 3 is the Megaman title he wants to make most, but at a business standpoint, it just didn't seem practical. So glad we're finally getting one. As for the other thing you mentioned, Tekken Tag, I haven't seen anything on it yet, but from what you saw, does it have a assist/swap system similar to Rival Schools, or DOA?

I'm not sure. In previous Tekken games, you could just push your tag button and your fighters would switch and that was about it.
This new one though, shows the fight between two characters and then the tagged fighters switching places way faster than before to do insane juggles and combos.

Cool. Sounds like DOA's tag system. You could swap out, swap out with them jumping in with an attack, or throwing them to your partner. If I remember right, Rival Schools (seriously, why is Rival Schools and Darkstalkers just shoved under the rug while Street Fighter gets all the glory?) only had Super combo team attacks which were usually the same. I think it'd be cool if this game had both those.

I think it's like that...but of course with Tekken you actually have to put in your hand and foot combos.

And yeah, I vaguely know Rival Schools but that and DarkStalkers clearly need a new game.

...Also I figured out that "stiff" side step in Tekken.
A lot of the high ranking hard mode computer characters do this, especially Zafina.
Just repeatedly side step and instead of doing just the one single step actually you'll go into a walk.

Kinda weird. Tekken 5 didn't have that. Still like how you could move before FIGHT in TK4. Xp

Oh hell yes they do. I mean everything good in Street Fighter (chain combos, counters, parrying, EX moves etc) came from Darkstalkers. I don't get why Capcom treats those two like crap and just give Street Fighter all the glory. I also don't get why Capcom hates the idea of putting in Darkstalkers characters other than Morrigan in the crossovers. I mean Demitri was awesome, and he wasn't in one until SNK made their part of the crossover.
