Well, now rather than being clear, things are all confused. I have one counselor at another school saying they won't take my credits and I need my degree first, and one counselor who says yes, come on down. Currently getting a third opinion. Best 2/3 will win. Also, my job is being very tight-lipped as to whether I'm getting the promotion or not. The position starts on 11/28...I can know nao pleez?

There are some bits of news that are wholly good though. First, I've had one of my sparks of inspiration and will probably manage to get a few stories out before lethargy sets in again. Second, no car insurance payments this or next month, meaning I actually have some monetary breathing room. Third and finally, I think I've actually managed to deal the killing blow to this annoying little whack-a-mole that insists on popping up in my life. I hope I don't see it again, but they're resilient bastards, so I'm keeping my mallet handy.
