I may ask for an ea games giftcard for christmas so i can download it under my mom's nose. pffffft Sims 2 Pets is trash compared to this new one. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is better. The customization, the control, the personality generator, the training system, everything.

Yes, you can have birds. Also reptiles, snakes, and even a unicorn if you really want one.

i installed it & am having a major glitch problem :c my pets' faces & eyeballs are melting & are touching the ground.

might be your graphics card. Mine sometimes poops out and causes weird things to happen.
Not typically with eyeballs, but with water and ground effects.
