Time for a real post.
These are the ramblings of a weed kitty.
I know, I've been procrastinating to myself, and that's the worst kind. But, I have nothing to do tonight, so I thought I'd give an update on what's happening.. especially considering so much has happened since the last time I posted.. (again. Anyone starting to see a pattern here? I only like posting when I have a shit load to say!)
Alright, so it's been nearly two weeks since that last post. What has happened? Well, first, I'd like to publicly apologize to Sam on here for the guild trip that I posted. After consideration, I've realized that I was in my own way trying to force her out here this month. Although, I've realized this, and tried putting myself in her steps after Draco posed such a simple question: "Why not move out there for the semester?" He was right, why hadn't I thought that? Then I started to think about the reasons/excuses of not going, but boiled all down I was just afraid of doing it. I know I would love to be living with Sam right now, but I'm afraid of moving to the middle of nowhere.. where I know only Sam.. no job, no school, no car, no friends.. I'd feel isolated and cut off from my life here in Massachusetts. (Plus, she has no internet!) So I really have to apologize, hun. I never meant to make you feel badly about the situation, and realize that what I was doing was wrong. Don't feel bad about staying, because I feel that if you feel this is what you need, then it must be. Come here when you are ready, and my warms will be wide open, waiting to receive you.
Moving on. After about another hard week of job searching (I spent at least 30 hrs total looking for part time jobs in my area that fit my qualifications), I have found something! It took a week of phone tag, but my new boss Paul finally said to me that he will be starting on me Tuesday, and before then we need to go over the paper work and getting the company uniform.. but soon I will be working for Domino's Pizza in Downtown Chelmsford, MA, as a delivery person. Yes Slayne, this means if you order out for Pizza I will most likely be at your door. This also means that I won't be working minimum wage anymore! Goodbye 8.50 an hour, hello averaged out 12-15 bucks an hour and tips!
In other news, I've started the semester again. It's going be a tough one, considering I hate waking up in the morning, but here's my schedule. Luckily there was no class on Monday, so this week was easy on me:
Monday:
Lowell Campus: Applied Computer Programming I -
8:00AM to 9:50AM
Lowell Campus: Principals of Electric Circuits -
6:00PM to 9:30PM (Yeah, I'm retaking this class again, since I failed last time)
Tuesday:
Lowell Campus:Computer Network Security -
10:00AM to 11:50AM
Wednesday:
Lowell Campus:Applied Computer Programming I -
8:00AM to 9:50AM
Thursday:
Lowell Campus:Computer Network Security -
10:00AM to 11:50AM
Bedford Campus: Beginning Japanese II -
12:00PM to 2:30PM (and the great thing is that she said I can make up the hours during any other Japanese I class times at the Lowell Campus!)
Friday: No Classes
Although, it's still gonna be difficult getting used to this new sleeping schedule. Ugh, my god, my body was not born to wake at the break of dawn (6:30AM here.) Every day that I've had to wake up before 8AM, I've been coming home in a daze and passing out for a couple hours. I think I'm just adjusting, but it's a pain in the ass.. Doubt it will interfere with my work, though. I'm so excited about starting the new job..
And now I'm the phone with Sam.
*Intermission*
*Gustav Mahler's "Ressurection Symphony" plays in the background*
*End of intermission*
Now what else do I have to say? Think, think, think...
Oh yeah, I'm bored at home. Tonight, nothing to do. Tomorrow, I'm going with Rickey to go see The Birthday Massacre at the Middle East in Cambridge, MA. That should be a helluva time, and he's paying for the gas and my ticket!
And I'm trying to quit smoking for good now. Or at least cut my habit in half, because I'm starting lose my breath after having started smoking again. That and pot.. I dunno what to think of my smoking the cannabis anymore, to be honest..
Anyway, toodles!
