Students requesting Class Action

All the strikes in educational institutions have been voted in assembly democratically, but of course a majority of votes doesn't mean unanimity. Many students have suffered from consequences of skipping class, and they now want to gain compensation for all these issues. Training course lost, essential classes lost, stress, dropping grades, condensed sessions, losing summer jobs and also losing a year of salary because of the delayed end of class. These are all things that the tribunal will look over for this request, might take months before knowing if it'd been approved, and if so, years to actually get the government to hand out the money to students.
There had been about more than 200 000 students in strike, and so it's a hard task to decide who can benefit from it and who have not been sufficiently penalized by the strike to be part of it. Also, since there's lots of people, the compensation might not be of a high price per student, but overall will probably cost millions to the government.
