Nidoqueen
An all-female species evolved from female Nidoran, Nidoqueen are unique in that while they cannot breed, they can (and often do) engage in intercourse for pleasure. Unlike their male counterpart Nidoking, Nidoqueen can mate with a number of partners and never stay with one (albeit mostly due to many species moving on from mating). However, if a Nidoqueen mates with the same partner repeatedly, her behavior will change, and she will be mated to that partner for life. Neither Nidoking nor Nidoqueen have any particular biological defense against unwanted partners; Nidoqueen's primary defense is her tail, which she will use to incapacitate any Pokemon she does not wish to copulate with. Despite being unable to produce eggs on her own, Nidoqueen is very protective of any Pokemon she considers her children, even if they are not from the same egg group.
Nidoqueen are more likely to mate with trainers who raised them from birth than they are trainers who caught them when they were Nidorina. The only major danger to mating with a Nidoqueen are the spikes on their back, which produce paralytic toxins that, while non-fatal, will leave the victim vulnerable to outside attacks. Mentioned before, if a trainer mates with their Nidoqueen repeatedly (an almost assurance, as Nidoqueen have a low barrier to multiple mating), the Nidoqueen will consider the trainer its mate for life. Nidoqueen are in the Depressive category of infidelity response, and will spend days brooding and refusing contact from their trainer. Nidoqueen eventually recover and begin to mate again, but after this point they will never choose the trainer who betrayed them.

Mawile
Easily recognizable by the giant jaws emerging from the back of its head, the mating process for female Mawile is partly based around this second mouth, which will wrap around a male partner's genitalia to stimulate it and release material. Due to Mawile's relatively small size, it is difficult for them to fully receive genetic material from larger mates. To compensate for this, Mawile's second mouth is able to accept genetic material and transport it to the uterus for egg development. Mawile appear to enjoy mating with both it's proper genitalia and its second mouth. Males do not share this trait, but sometimes do use their second mouth to pleasure mates. Though Mawile possess the strength to forcibly take genetic material from a mate this way, they are often the submissive partner and will rarely take charge during mating. Mawile are protective of their eggs, and will often carry them in their second mouths for warmth and protection.
While the appearance of Mawile's second mouth is somewhat off-putting for new Pokephiles, Mawile is actually a very gentle mate and readily accepts the advances of their trainers. Mawile's body size is unique for humans in that they are large enough for straightforward masturbation, but the average human penis is large enough for a satisfactory copulation with Mawile's second mouth. Experienced trainers sometimes even use both, using their mouth or hands to pleasure Mawile's genitalia while the second mouth is used to pleasure its human mate. Mawile do not mate for life.

Nidoking
The all-male counterpart to Nidoqueen, Nidoking have the ability to mate to procreate, and therefore mate for life with only one partner they choose. Nidoking do not have any biological advantages for mating: it has a conical phallus and uses its impressive strength to hold partners down to mate and relies on its thick skin to protect it from mates fighting back. Interestingly enough, if given the option Nidoking will choose to mate with Nidoqueen instead of any other Pokemon, even though Nidoqueen are unable to create eggs. While Nidoking do seem to enjoy intercourse, they do not choose to mate for pleasure, and will not initiate copulation for any reason other than reproduction (although they will oblige a mate wishing to mate for pleasure).
Unlike Nidoqueen, Nidoking are far less likely to mate with their trainers, and will refuse sexual congress without having mated for life first. Some trainers opt to work around this by applying Nidoqueen pheromones to their genitalia, which almost guarantees a response from Nidoking. Nidoking are very dominant, controlling partners, so it is best for trainers to simply allow their Nidoking to be in control during intercourse (they will never hurt their mates intentionally). Nidoking are in the Aggressive category of infidelity response, but unusually enough they are one of the few Pokemon who do not attack their mate upon betrayal. Instead, Nidoking use the pheromone left behind to find the Pokemon that their partner mated with, and attack it upon discovery. Though they will continue to mate with their partner even after betrayal, Nidoking do not ever forgive a Pokemon that has bred with their mate, so Pokephiles are advised to not mate with another Pokemon on their team if they have mated with their Nidoking.

Floatzel
Found primarily near riverbanks and streams, Floatzel copulation in the wild often happens in the water. The yellow floatation sac around the Floatzel's neck keeps their head above water during mating, which usually lasts only a minute or so. Interestingly, if given the option, most Floatzel will position themselves opposite the flow of water, and Floatzel who do so appear to enjoy copulation much more than those who do not. Female Floatzel build nests out of mud on riverbanks and look after their offspring for days after hatching, while male Floatzel have very little interaction with their eggs, and many times a female will attack the male parent of her offspring if they come too close to their eggs.
For trainers wishing to copulate with their Floatzel, it is often recommended to caress the teardrop shaped spot on its lower belly, as Floatzel appear to be very sensitive there and will slowly but surely become aroused and ready to mate. If a trainer can manage it, mating in a pool with a water jet is also recommended, as it will both give Floatzel increased pleasure and make them more likely to mate with the trainer in the future. On the subject of water jets, Floatzel are unusual in that they are one of the only species of Pokemon to masturbate: both male and female Floatzel will align their genitalia against a pool's water jet, and will climax multiple times before moving away (this is why some public swimming pools forbid Floatzel in the pool, requiring them to stay in their Poke Ball).

Leavanny
One of the more popular Bug-type Pokemon, Leavanny is in a very small category of Pokemon species that are parthenogenic, meaning they do not require a mate to lay eggs. Leavanny are facultative parthenogens and can accept genetic material from a compatible mate, however it is not required and Leavanny rarely go out of their way to seek mates. Leavanny offspring born through parthenogenesis are genetic duplicates of their mother, and eggs are laid out of a small opening near the entrance near the back of its abdomen. Male Leavanny, as a response to this, leave genetic material on leaves for female Leavanny to eat, resulting in consumption and utilization of their material. This oral consumption is also how other compatible Pokemon mate with Leavanny.
Due in part to the nature of their reproductive process, Leavanny rarely actively choose trainers as mates. Normal sexual techniques are insufficient, and for many years it seemed as though Leavanny simply had no interest in humans. However, recently a group of Pokephiles discovered something unique about Leavanny: Leavanny will choose a mate if said mate provides adequate assistance rearing young. Leavanny are well known for their nurturing nature, providing warmth and protective clothing for their young, so if a trainer provides equal or greater assistance to young (finding food, playing with it, etc.), a Leavanny will actively choose to mate with their trainer, often directly engaging partner genitalia with their mouths. This is the only way for humans to mate with their Leavanny, as the reproductive canal opening is far too small for penetration, and males do not have a phallus.

Latias
One half of the fabled "Eon Duo" of Hoenn, Latias are the all-female counterpart to Latios. As with most "legendary" Pokemon, very few firsthand accounts of Latias exist, most of which are at least several decades old. The exact relationship Latias has with Latios is hotly debated in the scientific community: some believe Latias and Latios are "designated mates" in that they will only mate with each other, while others believe that they are too biologically similar to mate and that breeding between the two would be analogous to a human brother and sister procreating. Compounding this debate is an ancient carving of Latios and Latias, wherein Latias is flying beneath very closely to Latios upside-down, and a marking that could indicate a phallus connects them. The passage of time has faded the carving, so it is unclear as to whether or not it is a visual account of Latios/Latias mating.
Curiously, several accounts of encounters with Latias raise an interesting possibility: that Latias regularly choose to copulate with humans. In these accounts, a mysterious woman approaches the storyteller and leads them to a secluded area in the forest, whereupon they have sex. In the immediate aftermath, the mysterious woman would leave, and the storyteller would hear the shrill cry of a Latias (some accounts go so far as to say that they actually see a Latias flying away in the sky). While this may be coincidence, some descriptions of the woman include elements that appear very similar to Latias, most notably the golden color of the woman's eyes.

Latios
The other half of Hoenn's "Eon Duo", Latios are the all-male counterpart to Latias. There are fewer firsthand accounts regarding Latias than there are Latios, though of these accounts more of them involve direct contact with Latios itself, as opposed to Latias which usually take the form of observing a Latias after coitus with a mysterious woman believed to be a shapeshifted Latias. Many accounts of Latios involve it appearing to help save the storyteller's life by appearing to them, projecting an image of a nearby threat into their minds, then leaving (though some accounts report that Latios would project human speech into their heads to explain how to escape, though there is no solid evidence to suggest that Latios can actually communicate in human language).
Pokephiles of Hoenn have a unique account of incidents involving Latios, recorded only a century prior. The account is of a male Latios mating with a woman in a secluded grove, observed purely on accident by two male hikers out on a midnight walk. According to the hikers, the Latios and the woman copulated for several minutes until one of the hikers accidentally coughed, at which point the Latios fled through the sky and the woman disappeared into the forest. Initially treated as a hoax, the hikers were able to convince skeptics by producing a blue feather fallen from the fleeing Latios (and thus providing more insight into the biological nature of Latios in the process). However, some scientists doubt the claim that it was a human woman, and have suggested that it was a shapeshifted Latias. The original account did not go into detail as to the specific attributes of the woman (as one of the hikers described "it was too dark to make out who it was, we could only tell that it was a woman"), so it is unclear whether or not this theory is sound.

Lilligant
A beautifully delicate Pokemon popular with celebrities, Lilligant are an all-female species that utilize the flower on their heads for mating. When a Lilligant is ready to mate, the leaves composing its "dress" expand outward, revealing slender legs and a vagina. During this time, the flower on Lilligant's head emits a powerful pheromone to attract potential mates. After mating, the leaves around Lilligant's waist contract once again to prevent unwanted sexual contact while the egg develops. Lilligant lay its egg a week after mating, after which it can be several months before it is ready to mate again. Lilligant who breed frequently often lose the ability to fully close their leaves, making it far easier for potential mates to breed with them. Lilligant who copulate with the same mate repeatedly grow attached to their mate, and will sometimes use the flower on its head to spray its mate with a sweet scent. It is unclear why it does this, as Lilligant never mate for life and no not appear phased if a mate who has been sprayed breeds with another Pokemon.
The pheromones Lilligant release for mating are just as effective on humans as they are on Pokemon, and there are at least a couple of stories of trainers who are normally against Pokephilia mating with their Lilligant because of these pheromones (thankfully, none of these stories end in tragedy, as each of these stories ends with the trainer coming to accept Pokephilia and keeping their Lilligant). The vaginal fluid of Lilligant also contain these pheromones, and has been sold to Pokephiles as an aid for raising their Pokemon's interest (although this pheromone is at its most effective when used to attract Pokemon in the Grass egg group). Lilligant are gentile and submissive during mating, and there are no inherent dangers to mating with a Lilligant.

Luxray
A Electric-type species known for its impressive eyesight, Luxray are the final evolved form of Shinx. Like many Pokemon species, Luxray breed most effectively with other Luxray, due in no small part to their mechanisms for mating. During mating season, female Luxray will breed with several partners, though they may never actually procreate as their reproductive system produce very few embryo unstimulated. However, during mating with a male Luxray (and a select few other Electric Pokemon), this is mitigated by the presence of penile spines on the male's phallus that embed themselves in the vaginal wall. After the male has ejaculated, its body produces an electrical shock that transfers through the spikes and along the vaginal wall to the female's uterus, resulting in almost immediate ovulation.
While it is true that the penile spikes of male Luxray are not as long as other Pokemon species and that they do not cause nearly as much damage to human vaginal canals, many trainers who mate with their Luxray still clip or surgically remove their Luxray's barbs as a precaution (though this is almost a requirement for trainers wishing to engage in anal sex with their Luxray, as the barbs will cause significant damage to the anus). As far as the electrical shock that male Luxray produce upon climax, human trainers need not worry as the shock is not nearly strong enough to damage internal organs. In fact, many trainers have found the shock to be extremely pleasurable, and will sometimes attempt to get their Luxray to climax multiple times to produce multiple shocks. Female Luxray do not produce electrical shocks upon climax, though many trainers agree that the vaginal canal vibrates slightly after orgasm, though this has not been confirmed by researchers.

Meowstic
The extraordinarily powerful Psychic evolution of Espurr, the mating habits of Meowstic rely on their Psychic abilities, but the specific practices are extremely different depending on gender, moreso than most Pokemon. Male Meowstic do not seek out mates, and instead use their psychic abilities to "call out" for a mate. When a mate has responded, the Meowstic will lie on its back and allow the mate to have their way with it. During mating, male Meowstic are very submissive and somewhat unusually, the penile shaft of Meowstic do not have barbs. Conversely, female Meowstic are exceptionally dominant in both looking for mates and during copulation. Female Meowstic use their psychic abilities to forcibly draw partners to her, then pin them down and mount them. Mates who attempt to escape are met with barbs that extend from the vaginal wall, trapping the penis until it has ejaculated. It is not uncommon for female Meowstic to use their psychic powers to force a mate to continue copulating even after ejaculation, until the female herself climaxes.
As mating with a male Meowstic is very easy due to their lack of resistance, the primary concern is how to mate with a female Meowstic. Many trainers have tried and failed to control their Meowstic during intercourse, only to submit to a combination of barbs and psychic influence. Be warned, trainers who have their Meowstic's barbs surgically removed will be subject to doubly intense psychic attacks from their Meowstic to compensate. A strong mind prepared for such attacks can overcome the influence of a female Meowstic, but unlike most Pokemon species, females despise being dominated and will often resent mates who do so. As many trainers enjoy being the dominant partner, female Meowstic tread a dangerous line between "very difficult" and "impossible" for most Pokephiles, while male Meowstic are highly regarded in most Pokephile circles.

Noivern
Given the species as a whole tends to be extremely combative and standoffish, one could be forgiven for thinking that Noivern have very aggressive mating behavior. In truth, however, Noivern are very subdued when seeking mates. Males attract females by coating their bodies with a mixture of sweet fruit juices and their own saliva, which has potent pheromones that combine with the aroma of the fruit to create an appealing scent for mates. When a female comes to a Noivern, the male holds still as the female investigates his aroma. If she approves, she will lick his face, and the two will find a dark area to copulate (usually a cavern, though abandoned buildings are common for Noivern closer to civilization.). Dominance in Noivern intercourse varies between partners, though an easy way to tell who is in control is by the Noivern's wings: whichever partner's wings are on the outside of the coupling (therein embracing their partner) is the dominant mate.
Many Pokephiles have found that mimicking the natural habits of Noivern is a much easier way to woo a mate than being left to one's own devices. As fruit plays a key role in the courting process, many trainers have found that utilizing sweet fruit like Salac Berries are most effective in gaining their female Noivern's attention, as the overpowering sweet scent seems to eliminate the need for Noivern saliva (Noivern saliva is available for purchase, however most vendors will only sell to licensed Pokemon breeders as the saliva is difficult to obtain even for experienced Noivern handlers). Fruit is also useful for attracting male Noivern, and offering a male Noivern fruit that is both sweet and spicy is most effective (male Noivern respond to overpowering sweetness the same way females do, and spicy fruits energize Noivern, so the combination of two flavors results in an energetic, aroused Noivern). Trainers may also use Tropius bananas, which are a natural aphrodisiac, however going this route must be done correctly as immature Tropius bananas produce severe psychotropic effects and can seriously harm a Pokemon unprepared for such a thing. As it has been reported, there is no overt danger with mating with a Noivern.

Cryogonal
An unusual glacial rarity of the Pokemon kingdom, Cryogonal reproduce unlike any other Pokemon. Completely made of ice, Cryogonal are nonetheless somehow able to control their body temperatures and heat themselves up, turning themselves into steam (it is unclear whether or not Cryogonal are still technically alive during this process, though they do appear to retain memories of trainers after solidifying, so it seems likely). Near the end of a Cryogonal's life cycle (indicated by the Cryogonal "melting", creating puddles of water wherever it goes that the Cryogonal cannot seem to reabsorb), a Cryogonal will use what remains of its energy to levitate as high as it can, then turn itself into steam and enter the atmosphere. When a snow cloud enters the area, a Cryogonal will emerge from the cloud, completely intact. Though it is unclear what happens during this process, it is theorized that the molecular structure of the original Cryogonal bonds with the water particles of the snow cloud (though if this is the case, it raises the question of whether or not the new Cryogonal is the original Cryogonal "reborn" or offspring).
There is one biological curiosity to Cryogonal that completely baffle scientists, to the point that no logical theory seems to make sense regarding it: in battle, Cryogonal is able to use the move "Attract". Among other Pokemon, Attract is used as a gender-specific tactic to prevent opposite gender Pokemon from attacking, releasing pseudo-pheromone multicellular eukaryotes to trick the opposing Pokemon into believing that its opponent is actually its mate. However, extensive tests have shown that Cryogonal, being genderless, should not be able to use this particular move, and does indeed do nothing when used by a Cryogonal. A few imaginative Pokephiles have suggested that Cryogonal can use this to indeed lure a mate, claiming that Cryogonal's evaporation process is analogous to climax in traditional mating species and that Cryogonal turn to steam when a "mate" is near them. There is nothing to indicate this is the case, however, so it remains a mystery.

Volcarona
Supposedly responsible for saving countless Pokemon from a deep blizzard in days long past by releasing flames from the scales on its wings, it comes as no surprise that Volcarona rely on their wings for mating. Female Volcarona are sexually passive when attracting mates, releasing pheromones from the black spots on their wings that are carried by the wind and detected by the chemoreceptors located on the male Volcarana's horn-like antennae. The male engages the female using a thin genital tube (normally hidden within an internal cavity) that is inserted into the female's reproductive canal, releasing genetic material in a matter of minutes. Volcarona do not appear to "enjoy" intercourse like many other Pokemon, however occasionally two partners will copulate for several minutes longer than usual, and during this time its wings will glow red and burn hot. Volcarona lay their eggs in hollow trees and moves on, leaving the newborn Larvesta to fend for itself.
Volcarona are very lax when it comes to human mating, neither rejecting nor openly accepting a trainer's sexual advances. However, a female Volcarona may position itself to allow its human mate to reach deeper into its reproductive canal. Male Volcarona are much less well received, as many female trainers have commented that the reproductive tube of Volcarona feels unpleasant during intercourse. Caution must be taken if mating with a Volcarona lasts longer than a minute or so, as their wings become very hot to the touch and can easily burn flesh if one is not careful.

Nidoqueen
An all-female species evolved from female Nidoran, Nidoqueen are unique in that while they cannot breed, they can (and often do) engage in intercourse for pleasure. This is the only way for humans to mate with their Leavanny, as the reproductive canal opening is far too small for penetration, and males do not have a phallus.
