Great fur con...lake thingy

So. Greatlakes fur con has been pretty well just that. Great.
We've been derpin around and stuff. The hotel staff have been good. And all in all its been pretty laid back.
Got to meet
Rukh_Whitefang a pretty cool wolf. also has a 3rd gen f-body. Which has been awesome.
There's also been. Uh. That one guy with the Sbc he wants me to buy off of him. Which I probably will, cause. Hey. I will need one to build with a nice rotating assembly for the next build. Perhaps I'll have use for the 19.5 tire as an engine transport again.
The dances have been much slower than last year (YAY actually worth going to!) and then there's been some pretty good parking lot hangout.
The venue is a mite small.
I'm meeting a lot of cool people who I will likely remember and not be able to identify.
And. Yes. It's been ages since I've done a jornal. K. Fine. I've been busy. And lazy.
For the interested parties, mostly me, my head gaskets arrived on Thursday. Finalizing the compression ratio to 10.0:1 next begins the assembly. Oh shit I need head bolts too...always one more thing. Then test the valve train geometry to see if I need pushrods.
Shooting to be done by July. Realistically by end of July-august.
