2 Weeks In And Going Strong

Well, Kel has gone back home. And I'm still going to the gym and busting my butt. Surprisingly, just getting over all that initial pain was the worst of it. Couldn't walk to save my life for two days easily. Moving my arms, sitting in a chair, it all hurt. But that's all done now. I hope to maintain this course and lose more weight. My perfect goal is to get down to 180 pounds. My decent enough goal is 200. It'll take time to get there, but I believe I've got it in me to make that happen. The only thing that's going to cause a minor hiccup is ah'm goin' to Oktoberfest in just under a month. First time ever in Germany~ That'll be fun and there will be a lot of walking. Just gotta maintain some semblance of a diet while I'm over there. Not a real big fan of beer either, so that'll make things a bit easier. Overall though, I'm happy. I'm starting to feel better about myself. I'm starting to feel better in general. And ah'm already kicking up my limits. Slowly, but surely. ^.^
