Would anybody be interested in Skype or drunk Skype chats?

I just wanna be able to chat with more people, let alone drunk chats are fun. I really do wanna make friends since I had few friends most of my life and I want to make more and not to do Facebook's way of doing it either. I want to discover the unknown in people and be able to be friends with one another. You can disregard this post if you want since I'm actually typing and posting this drunk.
