so my backs seriously been out the last couple weeks, and screwing with me. Well today my partner worked on it and seemed to finally manage to get what was out to pop back into place... however i'm now in even worse pain as it seems to of pulled or bruised or something I don't even know. if it persists i'm going to the doctor tomorrow.

works further delayed till then, I'm tired of this shit holding me back... really tired of it. it just doesn't ever seem to get better.
