Ever since I first started masturbating when I was 12 years old, I used the infamous "death grip." Many of my friends have heard me bitching about the inability to achieve orgasm through any means other than my own hand. Seems pretty legit, but wanking is one of the greatest stress relievers in my very stressful life. Not sure how many of them would work for you as most are pretty kink specific, but my methods normally include:
- Fingering anus with damp towel with entire crotch damp assisted further by blowing on all the moisture.
- Using any anal insertion to prod at the prostate
- Fisting self with no lube
- Inhaling various good or bad scents deeply
- Sitting on balls in various ways until climax, sometimes assisted further with anal/prostate stimulation of any kind.
- Shoving a non-lubed vibrator into filthy uncleaned anus, turning it slowly towards max, and try to climax from it. As incentive, I punish myself for not climaxing by attempting to clean the filthy vibrator orally with mouth and tongue, which helps to encourage climax on future attempts.

My main piece of advise it to try to find multiple things that get you going that do not require hands, or at least not hand to cock. Diversifying what gets you off will help to train your cock to be more receptive to other stimulation. I'm also big on reward systems in which you reward yourself for success, or even for simply making progress; as well as safely punishing self for when it doesn't work. Reward does work better than punishing, but I find a healthy mix of both makes for good fun training, but that may just be because I am a masochist. XD

If none of that works, i would presume you are going to have to play the waiting game, start with a few days of nothing, finding something else to relieve stress [I took up model building while my brain was figuring out regular artwork] Or like going for a stupidly long walk without focusing on anything. If that still doesn't help,. you may need more extreme help, or suffer through the long wait, but you need something else to do to help with stress relief, because again, variety prevents that one thing becoming overused and no longer pleasant, because you have effectively given yourself a tolerance to it [much like narcotics make you more sensitive to pain, but bearing the pain can make it so you are less sensitive to it. This might be a terrible examples, but it was what my brain came up with, so....yeah.]
