Being taught to avoid talking about Politics and Religion has led to a lack of understanding of Politics and Religion. What we should have been taught was how to have a civil conversation about a difficult topic.
About this time of year I get annoyed with the constant barrage of Christmas songs that all seem the same and are mostly repetative. So. I started hunting for alternative Christmas songs and videos, and come to find out, there's quite a few of them. The best well known amongst them Wierd Al's Christmas at Ground Zero that might have a different meaning in NYC. but here are two that made me laugh, and if you know of any thing like that's as silly and spot on to the holiday, post a link here.
