Car Accident

General
On February 8th, of 2021 - I was involved in an auto accident, which was deemed not my fault. The other driver has accepted fault and responsibility, however he does not have insurance and I am not willing to sue him due to current circumstances. I have also sustained an injury to my right arm as a result of the accident, nothing severe but it will need time to heal.
To detail what was happening, I had just left to go and pick up my sister from work, a driver in front of me without checking for other vehicles or indicating his intention, decided to pull a U-Turn that was far too close to me to have any chance of stopping, thus I hit him in the driver side B-Pillar. (Between the front and rear driver side doors of his Toyota sedan.)
This has spelled the end of my 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee, a vehicle which was critical to my family in its role of transport. Without it my sister cannot get to and from work without using rideshare and spending what little precious money we do have, and my autistic 7 year old niece cannot get to her Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy appointments. As well as complicating our ability to do shopping and other general auto use. My insurance wishes to total my Jeep for scrap value (several hundred dollars) which most definitely will not cover the cost of another car - So I have elected to reject their offer, and repair the vehicle out of pocket if possible.
So, I have opened a GoFundMe to try and raise the money to be able to repair the Jeep, and if I find the Jeep is not repairable, I have decided that I will use what money that the GoFundMe does bring in to attempt to secure another vehicle to replace the Jeep.
You can find the GoFundMe here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-rob.....ir-his-vehicle
If anyone can find it in their hearts to help me in this trying time with such a crucial and critical aspect of my family's life, It would be most definitely deeply appreciated.
