Here's a view of Lupina holding half of the charm that was given to her by Nunataq, Miki's grandfather, who made it with help from the spirit world. Its purpose is to help Lupina to meet her kindred anirniq, or spirit. Of course, Lupina doesn't know (and neither does Miki at this point in the story) who Nunataq gave the other half of the charm to...but she'll find out soon enough! ;)

I drew this using a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil with HB lead, a 6B graphite stick, various blending and shading tools, on Georgia-Pacific "Everyday Copy & Print" paper.
