I've now reached the end of Volume I. This final piece is meant to encompass the emotional connection between Matthias and Martin the Warrior, the patron saint of Redwall whose likeness appears on a tapestry in the Great Hall. To some extent, it provides the inspiration for the artwork I designed to go with the album (though that uses a stained-glass window, instead). I really felt a deep attachment to this piece as I was writing it. I hope you enjoy it.
