I'm glad to hear this good news. I've had a tooth shatter -- from biting into a sandwich, would you believe. I have a couple of crowns and a root canal. I count myself fortunate, and I'm glad the same good fortune has shined on you.

The tongue is full of nerve endings, so it's going to feel larger than it is when you explore. Also, there are no visual cues to help.

Not a fan of corn nuts. Never saw the appeal, other then to suck off the seasoning and spit out the corn nut.

Well, that's good news indeed! Did they set you up with a temporary crown? I got one for both of mine. It instantly starts feeling better, although I lost one before the permanent crown was ready.

Nope, that gave me so sensodyne tooth paste to handle any temperature sensitivity, and told me to keep the tooth clear of debris and not to eat hard foods, like nuts. They said the tooth its that bad off.

i have a crown. you'll have a crown. every artist should have a crown. with a razor sharp tooth hiding underneath, just in case ....
