I feel I should say something...

The other day I received a “Warning Notice” from FA for violating of their TOS. About the painting “No More”: http://www.raccoonarts.com/Artz/01NoMore.html . Which they took down off my FA page. After it has been there for 3 years. While I really don't care, I do want to make a note of it. I am not going to fight this action, or try and re-post the painting to FA.
I kind of feel they did me a favor by removing it. As I have received numerous threats of harm and death because of that painting. In addition to endless harassment both in the comments section and in notes/PMs, over the past 3 years, since I posted it. I did file complaints to the FA admins over the harassment, and their actions were at best slow and tentative.
As a result, I rarely look at or use FA anymore. If I have art to show, I will share it on FA, but I no longer use it the way I used to (as a means of communication with the Furry community and my fans). It has become to hostile and unpleasant place for me (that maybe why I have not responded to your notes or comments).
I have recently heard the same has happened to many other artist on FA. Having been harassed, and then having their art removed for TOS violations. I can only assume the worst by this, but time will tell. I believe the universe will sort things out with time.
Thank you all for your support of my art work.

I write often historic fiction and am expecting the torch to come my way in the ills form possible to a writer censorship. That's all of Ron Speigalman's Maus, Osama Tezuka, Andre Norton, etc. all down the drain because Oh no they wrote about conflict, real events, and real people some in a fictional lens and other not so much. Pretty much every setting and piece in World War II or the civil war on the ban list along with things like The Bread Winner (set in the middle east involving the Taliban). Yeah, its a bit ridiculous.
Yes with open freedom of expression comes the ability to express evil, but it allows people to be reminded what evil is and fight against it, for their will always be evil and evil for. Censorship is a breeding ground for ill things.
Let us hope for the best.
Curiously, right around the time that came out, moderator names in Trouble Tickets also became anonymized. Weird how that works.
At any rate I'm REALLY sorry that people have been harassing you over a picture/opinion. I really hate that kind of behavior, and it's always sad to hear about it happening in the community. I hope this doesn't paint us all as undesirables.

Please tell me you're on Twitter. I love your paintings and wish to follow you there. 💕
Wonder if there's some kind of "crack down" going on.
Anywho! I'll continue watching you on any medium I can get you on. ^_^ You're so good!
All that said, is there a way to purchase a print of your original? I would very much like to own a copy! It's beautifully crafted (like all your work) and presents both a wolf (my favorite 'sona species) as well as an ideal I agree with.
I searched your site but couldn't find a place to make purchases.
Do you have such an option?
stuff like this does need regulation, as the artist said, he recieved frequently threads and harrasment over that picture.
so this is just FA capitulating. they eather can´t or don´t want to deal with and moderate this.
so they just ban it alltogether.
The only thing I can think that might have happened, was too much back and forth over what defines a "Nazi" with elements from both ends of the political spectrum claiming the other is a true Nazi. Whichever side is right, it's wrong that this piece was taken down as an effort towards capitulation.
People are gonna fight when something controversial is brought up. That's what controversy is. I think you're right. They probably decided to take it down since it was causing so much hassle for them from a moderator stand point. I doubt bots or algorithms are involved, just people who don't want to see the same piece falsely reported again and again and again by retards who are perpetually offended.
wow, thats the least defining sentence possible.
what does that mean? so CAN you express your opinion or CAN´T you?
becasue, I have no idea what exactly that means. as far as I know, this could meean that they instantly remove everything that someone complains about, or anything that could POTENTIALLY, anger someone.
and yes, in combination with that picture it sounds like this includes Neo Nazis aswell.
the thing I don´t get is, that some people seem to think that hate is something inheritly bad.
isn´t it good to hate bad things? like I am sure most people would say the Nazis were bad and deserve to be hated.
hate in itself is nothing bad. its fine to hate things. its completely natural. I would even say that by botteling up that hate, you only stir it up more.
its a form of expression to say, I don´t like this.
I don´t want to get too deep in a philosophical foundation debate about the nature of hate an ethics, but I think you will agree with me, that some things are definetly fine to hate.
and that this sentence FA gave you is an absolute non statement.
I fucking hate stuff like this.
swastika bad.
picture bad.
context <not recognised>.
I mean, obviousely the only people to ahve somthing to subject to the artwork in question are Nazis, since this is a anto nazi piece, but I geyy FA just doesn´t want to deal with any form of controversy, as unjustified as it is.
maybe its also just the implimitation of a bot, as we all know bots are not capable of siderning the meaning of art ot language very well.
although that is also true for a suprising amount of People aswell. as I said. this piece is clearle ANTI-Nazi, but I guess you got a lot of comment from people that weren´t getting it. maybe even some nazi apologets, but I an sure also a lot of people who didn´t get the obviouse meaning behind the piece.
anyway, this kind of behavior from websites, especially artistic websites, is always sad. as its just a capitulation, and a admission that they can´t or don´t want to provide the support needet and don´t want to commit to any stance.
I see absolutely Nothing wrong with this work or the meaning behind it. I can however understand the simple minded neo-nazi bunch having an issue. It's Really sad when you think about, not only do they not understand what nazism was, but they fail to understand that they too would have been put to death un that rule. The only thing they find attractive about is the hatred and shock value of claiming such to be right.
One day I hope that this sort of ignorance is finally put to rest. Obviously it will not be today nor will it be here on FA. I agree with Many of you who say FA is lax on their morals and therefore are just blanketing everything so they don't have to be bothered with it. This Too I find Very Shameful.
You're still an amazing artist. Anyone that has a stance against the people that support that shit ideology deserves all the support they can get. Fuck FurAffinity and their pro-FurryRaiders, NaziFur and Right-wing fuckwits.
